We're so excited to break the news! Hasbro has just announced that they have reacuired the distribution rights to the Sunbow Library again which includes JEM!
With the upcoming G.I.Joe film and the 2nd installment of Transformers the movie right behind it this seemed to be a natural progression for Hasbro which has taken a big stake in the film world. They seem to be securing all their trademarks / rights / etc for a lot of great new projects.
The distribution rights for the Sunbow library has been tossed around since Rhino lost the rights years ago, so this could be a great sign that they intend to release fan favs G.I.Joe, Transformers, My Little Pony and of course JEM! Let's just hope anyways!
